Journey On relaxation exercise

I truly enjoyed the meditation experience.  Although I will confess I struggled at the beginning to relax, so many thoughts crossed my mind that made it difficult to reach a state of relaxation, I think I started the meditation a couple of times before I could really get to do it.  It was worth it, I did learn that meditation is a mind exercises and it certainly takes practice to be able to do it with perfection.

    I also enjoyed it, but I really struggled myself to relax in the beginning. I felt like my mind would not allow itself to surrender to this. After a few moments I did start to relax and it made my arms feel heavy. I wish that it would last for a while after you are all done listening, but not in my head. :)

  2. Claudia, I did not particularly enjoy the speaker. His voice was choppy and that unsettled me. I kept focusing on how he should talk smother and it would be more soothing. I am glad you enjoyed it. With a good speaker, this is really enjoyable and helps calm the mind and body for a short period.
